About TiELINKS

TiELINKS, made its debut on December 16, 2008 at Bangalore. It is a unique initiative aimed at eliciting astute information and exchanging candid discussions on the global business landscape with some of the finest minds of our time. This forum for business and thought leaders deliberated on topics such as innovation, socio-economic conditions, political trends and other areas that are impacting the future of entrepreneurship.

Participants in this invite only event included CEOs, business stalwarts, few iconic Global Charter Members (GCMS), Global Board of Trustees and Chapter Presidents. Thought leaders like Carl Schramm, C.K. Prahalad and Nandan Nilekani who shape the entrepreneurial landscape were actively engaged in this event. TiELINKS engaged household names both from TiE's network as well as from the entrepreneurial community at large. Some of the iconic Global Charter Members (GCMS) of TiE like Kanwal Rekhi and Desh Deshpande (apart from CK Prahalad and Nandan Nilekani) joined the event.

TiELINKS serves to further the effort of TiE to foster entrepreneurship on a global basis. It aimed to make this unique gathering of business leaders an exclusive forum to be held on an annual basis. In that context, TiELINKS 2008 was both thought provoking as well as stimulating.
